Age Up Health is hiring a Care Companion/Support Worker for a full-time on-site role in Balwyn North. The role blends personal care (if qualified) with mobility support, meal prep, companionship, shopping and light housekeeping, with Friday after 11am shifts and potential for more hours. You’ll work with a small client group and may drive clients to events. Requirements: National Police Check within six months, Victorian Driver Licence with insured, registered vehicle, and current First Aid and CPR. About The Role

We are looking for engaged and committed carers who share our values of Ownership, Improvement, Experimentation, Respect and Levity. We seek people who are happy to be flexible and wear different hats as required - some days providing personal care (if qualified), other days helping in the garden or kitchen, and driving our clients to social events or appointments.

You will work with a small group of clients in order to build meaningful relationships and make an impact in their lives. Your tasks will include;

• Mobility support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Community access
• Light housekeeping/Domestic Assistance
• Shopping Assistance

Shifts will be Friday after 11am with potential for more hours

Wanting CC located 20km from North Balwyn.

About You

• National Police Check (Less than 6 months old)
• Victorian Driver Licence (and comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained vehicle)
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
