Could you be the Care Coordinator in Radfield Home Care Chippenham we’re looking for?

This is a great opportunity to join Radfield Home Care team and develop a career in care management. Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service. Such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date…no two days are ever the same.

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done. You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care supervisor, senior care assistants and field care supervisors.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
