About you
Our Cadet program is for students in their second-last or final year of an undergraduate degree at university at time of commencing the program.
You’ll:
• gain flexible, paid work experience aligned to your studies
• be placed in one team for the program duration
• gain exposure to meaningful projects
• build connections that support your future career
This program runs for up to two years, depending on whether you are in your second-last or final year of study when you join. For example, students in their second-last year will enter a two-year program.
