Summerset is hiring a full-time on-site Caregiver for our Cambridge village, a role focused on delivering personal care and assistance that keeps residents safe, healthy and engaged. You’ll help with meals, hygiene, individual care plans, and activities to support daily living, on a permanent 4 days on, 2 days off roster totaling 60 to 80 hours per fortnight across mornings, afternoons and nights. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient and experienced in aged care, with strong communication skills and a talent for building lasting relationships.
