At Bupa Totara Gardens in Whangarei, this part-time Caregiver role offers PM shifts, averaging 24 hours per week, with a four days on, two days off roster on a six week rotating cycle. You will work under qualified nursing staff to deliver person-first care, assist residents with daily living and mobility, maintain accurate health documentation, and support participation in social activities. An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Levels 2-4 is preferred, ideally with about a year in aged care; strong communication, teamwork and a genuine passion for enriching elderly lives are essential.
