Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
  • Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding
  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Assist with range-of-motion exercises
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Provide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clients

Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
    • Exceptional applicants without experience may be considered and trained.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others
  • Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
