Summerset Whangarei is seeking a caring, reliable Night Shift Caregiver to join a new premium centre on a 4 on 2 off rotating roster from 11pm to 7am. You’ll work as part of a team delivering meals, personal care, hygiene assistance and supported activities, with three weeks onsite training starting 9 March 2026. The role prefers Level 3 Health and Wellbeing certificate and aged care experience, strong communication, and full-time right to work in NZ. As a Caregiver at our Whangarei Village you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
Typical duties include:
3 weeks paid training commences onsite on the 9th March 2026 ahead of the care centre’s official opening.
You will be working night shifts on a 4 on 2 off rotating rosters 11pm - 7am.
