Berry Street is recruiting a full-time permanent Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed intensive case management from Morwell on Gunaikurnai Country, with around $100k p.a. for qualified applicants plus super and salary packaging. You will support young people aged 12–18 engaged with DFFH including Child Protection and Youth Justice, delivering contracted case management under Children’s Court directions and helping families and networks to promote safety and stability. The ideal candidate will have case management or outreach experience with young people, strong engagement and advocacy skills, and a Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (Bachelor preferred). Berry Street’s Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) program in Gippsland supports young people aged 12–18 who are engaged with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), including Child Protection and Youth Justice.
As a Case Manager, you will provide intensive, trauma-informed case management to young people experiencing significant vulnerability. You will work closely with young people, their families and support networks to promote safety, stability and positive outcomes, in line with Children’s Court orders and case planning requirements.
