RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party
- Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers
- Assists in the opening and closing of the store which includes and but not limited to cash handling and deposits
- Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records
- Manage the daily till (Cash/Deposit) and till procedures
- Handle goods and deliver them to the clients
- Optimize greeting (Greetings/Department at the end of the sales transaction)
- Effectively train and direct the activities of cashier assigned to the front end and set the standard for customer service.
- Accurately perform opening and or/ closing functions and maintain cash office files and reports
- Provide on the job training to the junior cashiers
- Accepts cash, cheques, wire transfers or credit cards for payment and completes cheque and credit card transactions according to established procedures and guidelines
- Ensure register/counter areas are neat and stocked with necessary supplies
- Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner
- Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill.
- Sort and count currency and coins
- Issue receipts and change to customers
- Count money at the end and beginning of each shift
- Process credit card and check payments
- Perform the duties of customer service representative when required
- Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in a cashier or similar role, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Preferably a Russian or Arabic speaker
