About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Cashier to join our Nuska Beach team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic payments for food and beverage orders, ensuring correct change and adherence to cash handling procedures. 

• Input food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are charged correctly. 

• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to guests, answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any concerns or issues promptly. 

• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage items, prices, ingredients, and specials, to assist guests with their orders. 

• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to upsell additional items or promotions, increasing sales revenue while enhancing the guest experience. 

About You:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role in the luxury industry.
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate).
• Problem solving skills. 
• Detail oriented.
