What you’ll be serving up…
As a Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
• Prepare, cook and present food to the required standard
• Follow menus, recipes, portion controls and allergen procedures
• Ensure the kitchen and service area are always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
• Complete food safety checks, including temperature records, labelling and date rotation
• Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage
• Offer a warm and friendly service
• Support functions, events and busy service periods as required
• Ensure COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
• Work positively with colleagues and provide a professional service to customers
