Goodstart Cowra is seeking a Casual Educator to join our flexible Monday to Friday roster from 7:45 am to 5:45 pm, with pay up to $48.29 per hour plus casual leave loading. You’ll contribute to the room program, supervise children, maintain a safe inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with families while meeting National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies. The role requires an ACECQA approved early childhood qualification, willingness to travel between local services, and availability 6.30 am to 7.30 pm. • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
