Junior Adventures Group is hiring a casual OSHC Educator in Bacchus Marsh to help families through before and after school care, with regular Monday to Friday shifts and occasional cross-service support. The role offers competitive pay ($37-$47 per hour plus super), a split-shift model that frees your day and extra pay for split shifts, plus strong wellbeing, development and referral perks. As an OSHC Casual Educator, you’ll work primarily at one of our services in and around Bacchus Marsh. Giving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.
Weekly shifts: work regular shifts Monday through Friday before school typically 7:00am - 9:00am shift and after school typically 3:00 - 6:00pm shift. Extra hours available during school holidays too! Minimum availability required for this position is 3-4 days per week.
