What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Deliver strong customer service while coordinating fertiliser operations, including batching, blending, and process control.
  • Manage receival and dispatch, ensuring accuracy in bulk liquid handling and plant operations.
  • Operate the liquid fertiliser plant, including batching, mixing, and blending to meet production needs.
  • Maintain quality standards through effective process control and monitoring.
  • Operate and perform basic maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance.
  • Complete fertiliser deliveries as required, operating company vehicles safely and compliantly.
  • Support daily shed operations, maintaining workflow efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Comply with SH&E policies and company procedures at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve operational and customer service goals.
  • Conduct all duties in an ethical and professional manner.

What You'll Bring:

  • HC Vehicle licence and clean driving record are essential
  • Current Forklift license
  • Meet physical and medical requirements as part of the pre-employment medical screening process
  • Excellent computer skills – Ability to learn new systems quickly
