What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Deliver strong customer service while coordinating fertiliser operations, including batching, blending, and process control.
- Manage receival and dispatch, ensuring accuracy in bulk liquid handling and plant operations.
- Operate the liquid fertiliser plant, including batching, mixing, and blending to meet production needs.
- Maintain quality standards through effective process control and monitoring.
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on plant and equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance.
- Complete fertiliser deliveries as required, operating company vehicles safely and compliantly.
- Support daily shed operations, maintaining workflow efficiency and attention to detail.
- Comply with SH&E policies and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
- Work collaboratively to achieve operational and customer service goals.
- Conduct all duties in an ethical and professional manner.
What You'll Bring:
- HC Vehicle licence and clean driving record are essential
- Current Forklift license
- Meet physical and medical requirements as part of the pre-employment medical screening process
- Excellent computer skills – Ability to learn new systems quickly
