Looking for a flexible role that works around study, family, or other commitments? Join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team and help create fun, safe and engaging experiences for children aged 5–12 years. Our services operate before school, after school and during school holidays.

👧👦 What You'll Be Doing

As an Introductory / Developing OSHC Educator, you'll support our experienced team to:

  • Deliver fun, age-appropriate activities and experiences
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
  • Actively supervise children and support their wellbeing
  • Set up and pack down equipment and resources
  • Contribute to educational programs and daily activities
  • Work collaboratively with your team and school communities
  • Support quality practices aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and safeguarding requirements.

🎓 Essential Requirements

You will have, or be willing to obtain:

  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid qualification including HLTAID012 Provide an Emergency Response in an Education and Care Setting)
  • Current HLTAID009 CPR qualification
  • National Child Safety Training (Geccko)
