Harris Farm Markets in Mona Vale is seeking a full-time, on-site Shop Assistant who is bubbly, outgoing and ready to help reconnect customers with the natural joys of food. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain fresh, appealing displays, manage signage and pricing, stock shelves and dairy cases, support back stock, and help with food crew sampling while upholding health and safety standards and keeping the store safe and tidy. The right person is a team player with flexible availability across seven days and a genuine love of food. Preferences go to those with fruit and vegetable shop experience. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers

- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food

- Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked

- Maintain accurate department signage and pricing

- Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case

- Maintain back stock in good order

- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment

- Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing

- Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures

- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers

- Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success

- Flexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days!
