The Warehouse Group in Porirua is seeking a Casual Shopfloor Team Member to join their fast paced store with no fixed hours. You’ll help with restocking, cleaning and delivering excellent customer service, and if your store has an online fulfilment function you’ll pick, pack and follow processes to maximise shelf availability. This is a casual role with no fixed hours of working

We're looking for team to join us in the journey of providing bargains, championing sustainability and participating in local public good initiatives! 

You will thrive in our fast-paced envrionment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards. Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service. 

If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed and ensure that the picking shelf processes are followed correctly to maximize shelf availability.

Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
