Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. 

We are looking for people with good availability that are keen to pick up shifts on a casual basis. 

Preferred available hours :

  • 800 am to 5:00 pm
  • 1200 pm to 9:00 pm

We are currently seeking customer-focused individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as casual front of house team members. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and working across various departments. 

Our front of house team members get involved in all areas of the store, so each day will be different. This role offers loads of variety, customer interaction, and opportunities to learn and progress. We are looking for team players who possess a great attitude, are proactive in assisting customers with product queries and help maintain a safe, secure store environment through loss prevention awareness,

Please note this is a casual position with no set weekly hours. 

Qualifications

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in Checkouts, Customer Service & Loss Prevention in retail or hospitality is preferred. Ideally you will have excellent communication skills, conflict resolution awareness and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting and maintaining high shop-floor visibility.
