As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of tradeshows, platform summits, creator events
- Assist in developing event briefs, run-of-show documents, and post-event recaps
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, TSP partners, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand
- Help manage event timelines, deliverable tracking, and logistics across multiple simultaneous activations
- Support creator, seller, and partner communications around event attendance and participation
- Assist in creating social-first content, including copywriting, short-form videos, graphics, and campaign assets
- Conduct research on industry events, competitor activations, and emerging trends in experiential and creator marketing

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, category management, consulting, marketing, or business operations.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and creating business insights.
- Experience working with sellers, merchants, brands, creators, or external partners.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or other marketplace platforms.
- Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/Slides; experience with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
