This Chef Manager role at Telford College offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a 52 week contract, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 onsite. You will lead day to day kitchen operations, prepare and present meals to Caterlink and client standards, and ensure Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental compliance. You’ll manage inventories and budgets, act as the client’s main contact, and drive continuous improvement while monitoring KPIs. You’ll train and lead teams to consistently exceed expectations and protect the company’s reputation for great food.
