In the context of transition of our global supply chain, the Retail Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory health, acting as a key operational and analytical partner to Merchandising, Retail, and Logistics, directly contributing to the success of commercial initiatives and the subsidiary's strategic goals.
The Retail Supply Planner defines the replenishment strategy and supervises allocation flows between the Local Distribution Center (LDC) and the stores. The objective is to ensure the right product is available at the right time to support sales.
The Retail Supply Planner will be part of the Retail Merchandising team of Switzerland and Central Europe and will report to the Retail Planning Manager. He/She will work closely with the Retail Merchandising and Operations teams as well as store Stock Managers.
The network includes: 10 boutiques across 3 countries (Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic).
The position is based in the head office in Geneva.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement the replenishment strategy
- Define the replenishment process per Métier and per store in collaboration with operations and in-store stock teams;
- Manage allocation parameters and the execution of stock moves for the assigned Métiers, ensuring alignment with the overall merchandising strategy. Set the optimal stock levels per SKU (min-max) to avoid stockouts and overstocking;
- Lead the replenishment process, translating forecasts and sales data into recommendations to stores;
- Coordinate daily with stakeholders to provide visibility on deliveries and stock status;
- Share regular updates with the Retail Planning Manager and Retail Merchandising team, suggesting corrective actions (e.g., rebalancing, reorders).
- Monitor product deliveries and coordinate phase-out
- Liaise with Customer Service to ensure timely merchandise reception;
- Collaborate closely with our key contact in the LDC to ensure timely execution of replenishment flows;
- Follow and anticipate the planning for product launches, store openings, and events;
- Coordinate destocking with Merchandising and Operation Teams.

- Define min-max levels for Permanent Stocked Items (PSI) depending on Retail Merchandising assortment strategies;
- Analyze performance and sales forecasts to adjust stock levels;
- Manage Fragrance & Beauty Métier
- Define Fragrance & Beauty assortment strategies;
- Monitor sales performance and place monthly reorders to ensure optimal inventory levels;
- Be the key point of contact between the Métier and our stores, ensuring effective communication of feedback and key information
- Coordinate product launches
- Support our global Retail Supply transformation
- Act as the main contact on Cockpit and SAP Retail deployment;
- Translate market needs into new processes;
- Collect feedback from stores and ensure their needs are addressed;
- Participate in group projects (e.g., Cockpit, SAP Retail) and contribute to performance analysis with supply insights.
PROFILE
Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain ; specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus;
- 2-5 years of experience in retail supply, product allocation, or logistics;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented;
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities;
- Must be a good team player, detail-minded, and service-oriented;
- French and English speaking is a must, German is a plus
