BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides with a valid HHA license and a driver’s license for AM shifts in Mercer and Hunterdon counties, including Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Princeton, Ewing, East Windsor, and Flemington. This full-time, onsite role offers $19-$20 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling and short commutes, paid time off, scholarship opportunities, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. You’ll work 1 on 1 with adult clients performing ADLs, light housekeeping, bathing, grooming, ROM, transfers, meal prep, ambulation, and medication assistance. If not certified, BAYADA provides an affordable certification training program. and other areas of Mercer and Hunterdon County!

Pay Rate $19-$20 per hour

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:  

  • Minimum one year work experience  
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board of nursing

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
