Bayada Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) for full-time morning and daytime shifts to work 1 on 1 with adult clients in Mercer and Hunterdon counties including Hamilton, Lawrenceville, Princeton, Ewing, East Windsor and Flemington. The role offers a pay rate of $19-$20 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, short commutes, paid time off, scholarship programs and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support. Requirements include at least one year of experience and an active HHA license in good standing; duties cover ADLs, light housekeeping, transfers, ROM exercises and medication assistance. Pay Rate $19-$20 per hour

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:  

  • Minimum one year work experience  
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board of nursing

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living  
  • Light housekeeping  
  • Bathing  
  • Grooming  
  • Toileting  
  • Range of motion / exercises  
  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices  
  • Oral feeding  
  • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.  
  • Assisting with ambulation  
  • Medication assistance
