Coface in Zurich seeks a CGS Account Officer to support international credit insurance programs for multinational clients, coordinating with Account Managers and Coface teams to ensure timely policy issuance, activation and reporting while upholding compliance and high service standards. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalent, plus an AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate (Non-Life), with at least two years in a commercial assistant role in insurance, banking or factoring, and fluency in English and German (French a plus). The most important qualities are a proactive, organized, data-driven mindset, strong customer focus and clear communication.
