You’ll lead change and communications, partner with senior leaders, map impacts and deliver engagement plans, learning strategies and executive updates. The role requires a tertiary qualification in business, communications or HR, extensive change management experience, and comfort with multiple delivery models (Human Centred Design, Lean, Agile, Waterfall). The purpose of this job is…..
The ADF Health Services Contract (ADFHSC) provides integrated, end to end health support to 85,000 Australian Defence Force personnel across 59 facilities. Services span primary and occupational healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, mental health, pharmacy, health administration and rehabilitation, as well as pathology, imaging, radiology, allied health, specialist services, patient transport and other off base care delivered through Bupa systems.
In this 12-month Fixed Term Contract, reporting to the Senior Program Manager – ADF Workforce Management, the Change and Communications Manager will lead change and communications activities, with a key focus on the ADF Workforce Management system implementation. Working closely with the Program team and subject matter experts, this role will drive engagement, support people through change, and deliver effective change and communication strategies
Responsibilities include:
