MYOB is seeking a Change Manager for a 12 month contract in Melbourne onsite to lead enterprise change that helps teams adopt new ways of working and embed lasting improvements across people, processes and systems. You will partner with leaders to define change objectives, map impacted audiences, coordinate end to end delivery, and lead training and communications that drive readiness and adoption. The ideal candidate has at least five years in change management or a related field, a track record delivering large scale transformations in complex environments, and the ability to influence at all levels. As a Change Manager at MYOB you will lead meaningful enterprise change that helps teams adopt new ways of working, deliver better customer outcomes, and embed lasting business improvement. You’ll also partner closely with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to shape change strategy, drive readiness, and ensure initiatives land successfully across people, process, and systems.

Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver change management strategies, plans, and processes aligned to project and organisational goals.

- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to define change objectives, map impacted audiences, and assess impacts across people, process, and systems.

- Build strong stakeholder engagement approaches, keeping stakeholders informed, supported, and clear on their role throughout the change journey.

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of change initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, in scope, and supported by practical change methodologies and tools.

- Lead training, workshops, and communication activity that drives readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioural change.

- Identify resistance, monitor change risks and issues, measure success through KPIs and feedback, and continuously improve the change approach.

Experience

- At least 5 years’ experience in change management, project management, or a related field, with a strong track record of leading successful change initiatives.

- Experience delivering organisational transformation or large-scale change programs in complex environments.

- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end change across enterprise-wide transformation programs aligned to strategic business goals and executive sponsorship.

- Proven capability to deliver change roadmaps across technology, process, and people streams, with influence at all levels of the organisation.

- Strong stakeholder engagement expertise, with the ability to build commitment, reduce resistance, and support smooth transitions.

- Experience developing compelling multi-channel communications and building change capability through storytelling, learning, and champion networks.
