oOh!media is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the change strategy for the Workday HRIS rollout on a 6-month max-term contract in North Sydney. You’ll own change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training design, and adoption analytics to ensure the new HR platform is embraced and embedded. Bring proven Workday or major HRIS delivery experience, HR transformation know-how, and practical use of Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter. Demonstrate strong influencing, risk management, and training delivery across diverse user groups. Highlight concrete adoption outcomes and a data-driven approach.
