Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Opportunity
We have exciting fixed term opportunities available for Change and Senior Change Managers to join the team.
As a Change/Senior Change Manager, you’ll support the design and delivery of change activity that helps people understand, adopt, and work effectively through change. You’ll work closely with delivery teams, sponsors, and leaders to ensure change is practical, well considered, and focused on achieving intended outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be working on a major ERP programme, supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. You’ll apply enterprise change standards and approaches, while tailoring your work to meet the needs of different end user groups.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality change outcomes, supporting stakeholders through change in a pragmatic and impactful way, ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and embedded for long-term impact.
Mōu | About You
You bring a practical and structured approach to delivering change, applying change management frameworks in a way that supports adoption and delivers real outcomes. You build trust and credibility with leaders, teams, and stakeholders, and are comfortable influencing others to support behavioural and ways of working change.
You’re well organised and confident managing multiple concurrent change initiatives in fast moving environments. You work collaboratively with cross functional teams, understanding when to lead, when to support, and how to contribute to overall programme success.
Experience working on complex ERP programmes is strongly preferred, with SAP S/4HANA experience highly regarded. You will ideally bring experience from supply chain, manufacturing, sales or finance environments, and be able to demonstrate delivery of the complexities of change in these settings.
You communicate clearly, tailoring your approach to different audiences, and you’re committed to continuously improving your practice by seeking feedback and applying what you learn, while supporting others to do the same.
