We are seeking a Channel Specialist to expand and manage our dealer network in UAE—aligned with brand strategy and regional market plans. This role focuses on selecting qualified local partners, providing operational support, ensuring compliance, and optimizing performance to build a high-performing, sustainable channel network.
•Develop and execute dealer network expansion plans tailored to UAE's regional markets (e.g., major cities, emerging urban areas). Identify potential partners with a strong local reputation and assess their qualifications (e.g., financial stability, service capabilities, alignment with brand values).
•Coordinate internal (e.g., inventory, finance) and external (e.g., local banks, logistics providers) resources to support dealers. Address critical needs such as inventory replenishment, financing options for clients, and technical training for dealer staff.
•Monitor dealer operations closely, including sales volume, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction scores. Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and implement targeted improvement plans (e.g., training programs, marketing support) for underperforming dealers.
•Enforce the brand’s channel management system and ensure dealers comply with UAE-specific policies (e.g., pricing guidelines, marketing standards, service quality requirements). Address non-compliance issues promptly to maintain brand integrity.
•Collect UAE-specific market intelligence (e.g., regional dealer performance benchmarks, competitor channel strategies) and provide regular reports to leadership. Use insights to adjust network expansion and support strategies.
•Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
•Proficiency in English and Arabic; ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with local dealers.
•1–2 years of channel operations or retail management experience in UAE’s automotive sector. Familiarity with dealer onboarding and management processes is a plus.
•Strong skills in dealer development and business negotiation; ability to independently manage partnership discussions, including contract terms and service level agreements.
•Proficiency in basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) to track dealer performance, identify operational issues (e.g., slow-moving inventory), and propose solutions.
•Valid UAE driver’s license (C1 or above); professional presence aligned with premium brand standards; willingness to conduct frequent cross-city dealer visits (e.g., Riyadh to Jeddah, Dammam); ability to work under pressure to meet network expansion targets.
