Penguin Random House in London is hiring a Channel Lead on a 12-month FTC to cover parental leave, based at Embassy Gardens with two on-site days. You will own the end-to-end user experience across Penguin’s digital channels, including Dead Good, shaping discovery, engagement and retention. The role
We have a new opportunity to join our Brand team as a Channel Lead on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover a period of parental leave. This role will be based at our Embassy Gardens office in London a minimum of 2 days per week.
As Channel Lead, you will own the end-to-end user experience across various website channels in Penguin’s digital estate and will be the go-to person for ensuring our websites deliver the best possible experience for our readers and customers. You’ll take ownership of a number of our digital channels (including our crime fiction website, Dead Good, and our author, education and ventures sites), shaping everything from how people discover them to how they engage, shop and return.
Reporting to the Senior Channel Lead, you’ll balance creativity with data, using digital analytics to understand what works, spotting opportunities for improvement and shaping user journeys that feel seamless and rewarding. You’ll partner closely with our content, marketing and development teams to make sure every digital touchpoint is not just functional, but exciting, secure and effective.

Salary
The salary band for this opportunity is £49,000 - £53,000 depending on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus scheme and benefits.
