Build trust relationships with key customer operators to gain in-depth understanding of key customer needs and requirements 3. Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their goals. Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key customer metrics 4.
