This role requires deep expertise in the European/Dutch charging market, familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks, and the ability to drive business results while aligning with local sustainability goals. You will collaborate with cross-border teams, local partners, and authorities to build a reliable charging infrastructure that supports our mobility business expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and launch of the charging network in Amsterdam, including self-built stations, partner collaborations, and compliance with EU/Netherlands interconnection standards (e.g., OCPI, ISO 15118). Drive P&L performance for the Dutch charging business, ensuring alignment with company targets while safeguarding end-user (EV driver) rights and satisfaction. Oversee proactive O&M and after-sales support to guarantee stable, efficient operation of local charging stations. Collaborate with international and global teams, as well as local distributors, to align the charging network with regional new vehicle sales objectives. Co-design and implement local charging benefits (e.g., subsidy eligibility, loyalty programs) with international team and Dutch partners. Liaise with local stakeholders: property owners, mobility partners, and Dutch authorities (e.g., Gemeente Amsterdam, Rijkswaterstaat, RVO Netherlands Enterprise Agency) to manage project changes, resolve issues, and complete regulatory filings. QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors: Power Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Energy, or related fields are preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory for cross-border business/technical communication). Fluent in Dutch (mandatory for local stakeholder engagement, regulatory coordination, and distributor collaboration). Experience: Proven track record in charging station business development or infrastructure projects within the Netherlands. Market & Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of the Dutch/European charging industry (market dynamics, competitor landscape, EV adoption trends). Familiarity with EU and Dutch regulations (e.g., Netbeheer, sustainable mobility policies, subsidy schemes for charging infrastructure).
