This role requires deep expertise in the European/Dutch charging market, familiarity with EU regulatory frameworks, and the ability to drive business results while aligning with local sustainability goals. You will collaborate with cross-border teams, local partners, and authorities to build a reliable charging infrastructure that supports our mobility business expansion. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and launch of the charging network in Amsterdam, including self-built stations, partner collaborations, and compliance with EU/Netherlands interconnection standards (e.g., OCPI, ISO 15118). Drive P&L performance for the Dutch charging business, ensuring alignment with company targets while safeguarding end-user (EV driver) rights and satisfaction. Oversee proactive O&M and after-sales support to guarantee stable, efficient operation of local charging stations. Collaborate with international and global teams, as well as local distributors, to align the charging network with regional new vehicle sales objectives. Co-design and implement local charging benefits (e.g., subsidy eligibility, loyalty programs) with international team and Dutch partners.
