As a mobile team member you’ll guide customers to the next available checkout and support the loss prevention team. Key are strong communication, a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods; retail or hospitality experience helps but isn’t essential. Often serving as the last point of contact, you'll be helping our customers through our checkouts. Whether it providing them with speedy service or helping them pack their bags. You'll have the patience and resilience to handle even the most challenging situations easily, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. As a mobile member of the team, you'll be quick on your feet, guiding customers to the next available checkout and responding to their needs with precision and efficiency.
You'll also be an integral part in assisting our loss prevention team, bringing concerns to their attention and ensuring the area is always customer-ready, with bags stocked and areas tidy.
