Accor is seeking Chefs to join the Cibaria Noosa kitchen, a hands-on high-volume role in Noosa near Main Beach. You’ll prepare, cook, and present dishes to exacting standards, plan across service periods, maintain quality and safety, manage stock and assist with orders, and support events such as conferences and weddings while improving operations. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of commercial cooking experience or a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, strong teamwork and time management, and eye for detail. We are currently recruiting Chefs to join the team at our Cibaria Noosa kitchen located in the heart of Noosa, just steps from Noosa Main Beach.
This position involves the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food in accordance with established menus and standards. The role will be hands on and will require strong technical skills, the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
