An exciting full time FIFO chef role with Sodexo at remote sites in Western Australia, focusing on Chinese cuisine. The package includes $99,800 plus super and a $10k chef bonus, on a fixed-term 12 month contract with a two weeks on site, one week off FIFO cycle and 11 hour days. You’ll need Australian citizenship or full working rights, a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (IV desirable), at least three years as a chef with Chinese cuisine experience, a Food Safety Supervisor certificate, and a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and police check.
