Job Description

About the role;

Working across all sections of the kitchen, but focusing on Chinese Cuisine, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster.

 

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?  

To be successful, you’ll need;

  • Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
  • Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
  • Certificate III (minimum requirement) or IV (desirable) in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience cooking Chinese cuisine (Northern Traditional, Shanghai and Southern) essential
  • Strong Chef experience (minimum 3 years) required
  • FIFO Chef experience highly desirable
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
  • Ability to work well under pressure
