Requirements

Ferilli’s Hospitality Group Chef de Parti responsibilities;

  • Execute innovative and authentic Italian menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary creativity

  • Be a valued member of our kitchen team, maintain a collaborative and positive work environment

  • Train and develop your culinary techniques, food safety standards, and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food quality throughout all kitchen areas


How to succeed as Chef de Parti at Ferilli’s Hospitality Group;

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Parti in a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant

  • In-dept knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients and culinary techniques

  • Strong teambuilding skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your teammembers

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
