Chef de Partie - Wildflower

Every memorable dining experience at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts begins behind the scenes with our Culinary team’s commitment to safe, efficient operations and exceptional cuisine. Your passion for managing food preparation as Chef de Partie of our Wildflower outlet, will inspire your team to create truly spectacular dishes.

This is a full-time, permanent position, beginning in April 2026.

Starting Rate of Pay: $27.80 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $33.55.

Job Duties Include:

  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
  • Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years in the culinary field required
  • Culinary experience within a hotel setting is an asset
  • Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is strongly encouraged
