Join Mercure Queenstown Resort as Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section, ensure smooth service, and uphold food safety, stock control and waste reduction while coordinating with a team across outlets. You will prepare and present dishes with consistency and support buffet catering. Requirements: NZQCF Level Diploma or qualified chef with at least three years’ experience, creativity in menu presentation, organized and able to work under pressure on a seven day roster including mornings and afternoons.
