This Chef De Partie role at Accor in Abu Dhabi is a full-time onsite opportunity requiring 2-4 years in a 5-star hotel. You’ll supervise mise en place across F&B outlets, manage freshness and storage, uphold hygiene, and assist the Chef de Cuisine with new recipes. You’ll oversee inventory, portioning, garnishing and presentation, set rosters, allocate tasks, and contribute to special projects while coordinating with other departments to ensure top guest care and safety. Knowledge of Rixos the Palm Dubai facilities and strong English communication are important.
