  • Collaborating closely with our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to deliver seamless food production across all services
  • Leading your section with confidence, ensuring every dish is executed to recipe and delivered to our high culinary standards
  • Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all food storage, preparation, and handling processes
  • Keeping on top of daily inventory needs, coordinating with the Executive Chef to ensure ingredients are always fresh and available
  • Using classic cooking methods and top-quality local ingredients to create bold, hearty dishes that celebrate our unique surroundings
  • Supporting kitchen efficiency by managing prep time, reducing food wastage, and helping maintain cost-effective operations

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, within a fast-paced, high-volume hotel kitchen (5-star experience is a plus!)
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
  • Flexible and reliable – ready to work shifts, weekends, and support a busy service team
  • A team-first attitude with a strong desire to grow and contribute to a high-performing culinary team
  • Committed to quality, detail, and presentation in every plate you prepare

Additional Information

This is a Full Time role with guaranteed 40-hours per week, a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 and Accors range of Global Benefits.
