Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is seeking a Chef de Partie for a key leadership role in our luxury, heritage property. You’ll oversee a designated station, craft menu items to standard, mentor junior staff, and partner with the Sous and Executive teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional presentation during service. The role offers a competitive wage of 37.90/hour for Red Seal holders, a strong benefits package, pension and GRSP, Be Our Guest hotel stays, Colleague discounts, and ongoing development opportunities. To apply effectively, spotlight your Red Seal or Journeyman certification, 5+ years of culinary experience with at least 2 in supervision, and success in high end or high volume kitchens; demonstrate leadership impact, teamwork, flexibility, and Canadian work eligibility.
