The role demands a minimum of six years’ cooking experience, proficiency in both la carte and production cooking, Red Seal or an equivalent credential, and a valid Food Handler Certificate, with prior supervisory exposure. Luxury hotel experience is an asset, and candidates must stay composed under pressure, uphold food safety standards, and lead a station.
