You’ll craft a narrative through cuisine in a fast paced live environment, collaborating with a creative team to blend art, storytelling and gastronomy. Ideal candidates hold a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with solid HACCP and food safety knowledge, plus experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and event periods, with strong communication and teamwork is expected.
