To strengthen our Italian restaurant team at Crazy Pizza, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Chef de Rang for the upcoming winter season 2026/2027!
Key Responsibilities
Together with the entire service team, you will ensure our guests enjoy a wonderful culinary experience and a pleasant stay at our hotel restaurant, Crazy Pizza.
Your main responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
- Advising guests on their choice of à la carte dishes and drinks
- Selling and recommending fine wines and dishes
- Preparing dishes in front of guests and serving them professionally
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Daily mise en place and back-of-house tasks
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Adhering to the hotel’s internal standards
- Cashier duties (Micros system)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of comprehensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.
- Structured and organised way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work.
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- You enjoy taking responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your expertise to younger colleagues
- Very good Italian and English skills are a prerequisite. German language skills are an advantage
