Neogen Corporation seeks a lead-level Chemical Engineer for a full-time onsite role in Oakdale, MN to drive continuous improvement across Rodent Control and Insect Control portfolios using Lean, Six Sigma and chemical engineering to raise safety, reduce costs, and increase throughput in regulated manufacturing. You’ll lead improvement initiatives, root-cause investigations, and trials, and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, regulatory and EHS. Requirements include a bachelor’s in chemical engineering (master’s preferred), 5+ years in process engineering or CI, Lean/Six Sigma experience, strong communication and leadership, and about 25% travel between two locations; pesticides or regulated environments are a plus.
