Teck Resources is hiring a Chemical Laboratory Technician and/or Assayer for Analytical Services on a casual, on-site basis in Trail, BC. Reporting to the Group Leader, Analytical Services, you will perform analyses using instruments such as optical emission spectrometers, ICP-OES, AA spectrometers, Leco C/S analyzers, calorimeters, alpha detectors, auto-titrators, and manage data in LIMS. Expect safety leadership, quality control, and team collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to method development and special projects. Qualifications include a certificate of efficiency in Assaying, a two-year chemical sciences credential, or a BSc in Chemistry with relevant lab experience. Pay is $45.90-$46.81/hour with rolling applications.
