This full-time CHHA role with BAYADA Home Health Care in Pennsauken, NJ, serves clients across Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem counties within BAYADA’s ACSP division. You’ll deliver personal care, ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility assistance, and medication reminders, following a nurse’s plan of care while building meaningful one-on-one care. Training is available, including support to become certified as a CHHA with the New Jersey Board of Nursing; bilingual support is available. Requirements include a current HHA license and willingness to travel to clients’ homes. What you’ll do: 

• Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. 

As a BAYADA HHA, you’ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:

• Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.   
• Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.   
• Meal preparation and feeding 
• Range of motion/exercises   
• Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)  
• Medication reminders

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:  

• Minimum one year work experience  
• Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the board
