We are building a
market-leading beauty group in Dubai and are seeking a strategic,
results-driven Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead and scale our
digital ecosystem across multiple brands.
This is a senior leadership
role for a proven builder — someone deeply experienced within Dubai’s beauty
industry and capable of transforming digital platforms into measurable revenue
engines.

Role Overview
The Chief Digital Officer
will be responsible for driving digital growth, revenue expansion, brand
positioning, and team leadership across multiple salon brands within the group.
This role reports directly
to the Founder/Owner and carries full accountability for digital revenue
performance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute digital strategy
across
5+ brand accounts
, each with distinct positioning,
voice, and KPIs
-
Oversee and scale the group’s
e-commerce
and booking platforms
, including online retail, SEO, and conversion
optimization
-
Manage and integrate performance across
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website channels simultaneously
-
Build, lead, and mentor a dedicated
in-house team (content creator, designer, paid media specialist, etc.)

Own digital revenue targets — focusing
on bookings, retail sales, and growth metrics

Develop and manage digital budgets,
hiring decisions, and performance tracking
Requirements
Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing,
Business Administration, Digital Media, Communications, E-Commerce, or
related field

Meta (Facebook) Media Buying / Planning

Minimum
6+ years of digital
leadership experience within Dubai’s beauty salon industry

Strategy, or Entrepreneurship) —

Proven track record of building or
scaling
at least two beauty brands in Dubai
