Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with other senior leaders, you will drive high-level decisions, strategize processes, and establish policies by creating effective plans, generating innovative ideas, and anticipating challenges to develop new solutions.From your first day, you will have a significant impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and ensuring effective communication of objectives across departments. You will manage the leadership cadence, integrate workstreams, enhance internal communications, play a crucial role in identifying growth strategies and manage end-to-end launch of new initiatives (product, process, team, market, etc.). This role requires a highly organized, proactive leader with a background in investment banking, growth equity, or related fields. You will be at the heart of our operations, fostering strategic partnerships and facilitating efficient decision-making.
What do we want to achieve together?
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO and executive team in developing and executing the company’s strategic vision and operational plans.
- Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
- Partnership Development: Drive the identification, evaluation, and cultivation of strategic partnerships that support Infinit's growth and market expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the executive team, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and review internal and external communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the EU GM and executive team.
- For any growth initiative, manage end-to-end the execution of the MVP in conjunction with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Support (Legal, HR, Finance) teams and help scaling the initiative across the existing organization.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree from a top tier institution is highly preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, or a related field. Experience in a leadership or strategic role is essential. Experience in B2B startups is a plus.
- Track Record: Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and develop successful partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high degree of initiative.
